We’re Back!
The third edition of Cupcake Camp Montreal will be held in the fall of 2012. The last edition, presented by ARES accessoires de cuisine on November 21st 2010 at the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth raised over $34 500 by the generous donation of 20 000 cupcakes and 2500 attendees. Unfortunately, we even had to turn away 2000 people. We realized that Montreal loves cupcakes and in order to deliver, we need a lot of community, bakers and eaters. Cupcake Training Camp will help us baby step in to the big event.
What are we?
Cupcake Camp Montreal is a charity event raising money through our love for cupcakes. It’s a volunteer run event where proceeds go to the charities.
What to expect from Cupcake Camp Montreal – Autumn 2012?
Lots & lots of delicious cupcakes; Bake Sale with cupcakes donated by generous bakers (individuals, companies, stores, we need everyone!), Cupcake Contests judged by celebrity judges, Kid’s Corner and more activities!
The Charities
Cupcake Camp Montreal may be silly fun but it’s also a serious fundraising event that’s completely volunteer run, the proceeds raised are donated and is organized in an open and participatory manner. It celebrates the small, good things in life that make a difference, like cupcakes, community and kids, in a big way! This year we will be supporting two charities; Kids Help Phone and Tablée des Chefs.
